***** IMPORTANT*****

Due to my phone's bill was damn high... i won't be sms-ing for any GYM's sessions...
Sorry to all my friends but thats the only way as it can reduce cost...
But morning call SERVICE is still on due to some ppls always sleep late...
If u can't make it for the sat gym's session, sms me or call me or online tell me...

WEEKDAYS TIMING:
Monday and Wednesday OR
Tuesday and Thursday OR
Monday and Thursday...
for weekdays timing will be around 4pm plus till 5pm plus all the way until 2/3 hrs

For weekdays is unstable, sorry to ppls that meeting me up but mostly dun think ppls will pei me haha.... For weekdays, if u wanna join me for gym at SK's gym, sms me the day b4 or on that day b4 2pm to let me know....

WEEKENDS TIMING:
SATURDAY (10.30am - ?????)

For weekends only sat, from 10.30am till the whole 3 hrs or so is finished, mostly is around 2pm plus plus...
Weekends timing is confirm and will nt changed... At SK gym...

Unsteady list: Chuan Rong, Kai Zhen
Long Time list: Kian Wei, Zhi Sheng, Kong Ming, Carol, Ming Guang, Kasper, Fish
New list: Alice, and etc...

Will only SMS those in my confirm list... But most ppls coming only for sat, So sat is the most important one...
For those got gym in sch de, easier.... go gym in sch... cause easier... For weekdays... For weekends then meeting up...
